Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing infinity massage & wellness to be your healthcare provider.  We value your bussiness and commit to providing you with the hightest quality service during the allotted time booked for your appointment.  We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to change or cancel your appointment.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the original tratment time booked.

No-Show

No-Show clients will be charged 100% of the original treatment time booked.

Late Arrivals

Depending on your provider’s schedule, late arrivals may not receive the full session time booked for the treatment. Full payment for the original treatment time will be required.
