Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the service fee
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other clients

Direct Billing Policy

We offer direct billing to most insurance providers for your convenience.

  • Coverage depends on your individual insurance plan
  • Any portion not covered by your insurance must be paid by the client at the time of the visit
  • We are not responsible for claim denials or delays from insurance companies

MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) Policy

If you are receiving treatment under an MVA claim:

  • A completed AB-2 Treatment Plan Form is required before your first appointment
  • Treatments must be approved by your insurance provider
  • Clients are responsible for any fees not covered or approved

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 5 -10 minutes early for your appointment.

  • Arriving late may reduce your treatment time
  • Full service fees still apply

Health & Safety Policy

Your safety is our priority.

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy
  • Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your health status
  • We reserve the right to modify or refuse treatment if necessary

Children & Minor Policy

  • Clients under 16 must have parental or guardian consent
  • A parent or guardian may be required to be present during the session

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire
  • Must be presented at the time of visit
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced

Professional Conduct Policy

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session
  • Full payment will still be required
