The benefits of cupping include to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, muscle relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.Cupping is generally safe, but it isn’t for everyone.

Don’t do cupping if you have any of the following conditions listed below:

  1. Any skin disorder
  2. Taking blood thinners
  3. Liver, kidney, or heart failure (pacemaker)

After cupping you might have some bruising, it will clear in 4 to 5 days. Few patients might develop mild allergic type reactions or in rare cases blisters on the bruised areas, it all depends on your body’s immune system.
