Walk On Back / Ashiatsu

Ashiatsu, also called “back walking massage” ,it is a bare foot massage technique for anyone who is looking for deep tissue. Back walking massage gets more blood flowing and relaxes tight muscles, reducing stress in the back , improving flexibility and overall well-being.

The therapist uses her barefoot walking on the client’s back and applies deeper pressure,which can help to release tension in deep muscle tissue. This technique consists of around 15-20 min walking on the back and the rest is massage by hands.

Please do not book this treatment:

  • If you have osteoporosis
  • If you are pregnant
  • If you’ve had any surgery within 2 yearsIf you’ve had any broken bones within 5 years
  • If you’ve had recent eye procedures or Laser surgery within a month

It’s worth noting that a back walking massage may not be suitable for everyone, before you book a walk on back / Ashiatsu massage treatment, you should try a deep tissue massage first and see what level of pressure you can handle.
